Whilst up on your roof we do the following additional services at no charge:
* Check roof tiles, sheets, slates for visible damage and possible leaking
* Check integrity of water proofing as a whole
* Report any damage and or possible future damage
* Ensure that Fascia and gutters are fixed correctly and fastened any loose gutters
* Corners, end caps and joints are checked for possible leaking and repaired with 318 Dow Corning Silicone.
* Pictures taken of damaged or deteriorated tiles, slates, sheets or waterproofing can be forwarded to client directly at our visit or emailed after the fact.

Although we don’t do waterproofing we feel that whilst we up on your roof we can be of more service than just cleaning your gutters and possibly save you future cost of damage incurred that could potentially been prevented if identified in time.
We have on so many occasions helped clients with tiles broken and missing at times to replace these tiles with what the client might have around the house which would have been huge damage and discomfort at the time with just being of service to our client.
Once the project is completed you also get a gutter cleaning service certificate which may help you should you need to claim from your insurance company for any outside water damage.
